- Ozer processes your audio messages in real-time to deliver the transcription service and does not retain any message data once the transcription is completed.
How Ozer Works
Ozer operates by linking to your WhatsApp account as a "Linked Device." This connection allows Ozer to access all messages, including audio and text, to provide transcription functionality. However, we only process the audio messages for transcription purposes. We do not store or record any messages or data at any point during or after the transcription process.
No Data Storage
We do not store any of your personal information or messages on our servers. Once the transcription process is complete, the message data is deleted and is not retained or used for any other purpose. Ozer does not keep a log of your messages or any interactions you have through WhatsApp.
Third-Party Access
We do not share your personal information or message data with any third parties. Your messages remain private and are processed solely by Ozer for transcription purposes.
Security
